Pre-Order Policy

When placing a pre-order, full payment is required at checkout.

Pre-order items are typically produced and shipped within approximately 25-32 day.

Try-On Delivery ( ONLY GEORGIA)

Customers who place a pre-order may use try-on delivery at the time of shipment(try-on delivery means the courier waits for a few minutes, with your consent, while you try the item and decide whether to accept it).If the item does not fit or you do not wish to keep it, you may return it immediately to the courier at the time of delivery.In this case, the refund will be processed within 3 business days after the return is confirmed.Once you confirm acceptance and the courier leaves, the order is considered fulfilled.After fulfillment, the order is subject to our standard return and exchange policy. 

Cancellation of Pre-Orders

Customers may request a cancellation of a pre-order before the item has been fulfilled.A cancellation fee will apply.

The cancellation fee ranges from 40% to 60% of the total order value, depending on the stage of production at the time the cancellation request is made.Once production has significantly progressed, the cancellation fee will be at least 35% of the total order amount.Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the item has been fulfilled or shipped.
