Shipping Policy

All orders are sent tracked. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email, including a tracking code, when your order leaves our warehouse.We will aim to deliver next day deliveries the next working day where possible.Please be aware that the above delivery periods are expected guidelines, we will not be held liable if your delivery takes longer.

Shipping method  We currently offer free standard shipping for orders shipped within Georgia.

International shipping rates  by FEDEX or domestic shipping companies  will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been fulfilled, it will be dispatched on the next working day.

International delivery times vary depending on your location and local carrier conditions. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically:

 • Europe: 5–10 business days

 • UK: 6–12 business days

 • USA & Canada: 7–15 business days

 • Middle East: 7–14 business days

 • Asia & Australia: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local regulations.

International shipments are handled by third-party carriers, and delivery timelines depend on the destination country and its customs procedures.

Try-On Delivery (Georgia only)  

Prior to our official store opening, for most of our products(not include essentials), orders are placed as pre-orders. 

The customer pays for the pre-order in advance at checkout. Once production is completed (within 25–35 days), the order is fulfilled and shipped to the customer.

Upon delivery within Georgia, the customer may use our Try-On Delivery service. During a short courier wait time, the customer may try the item on.

If the item does not fit or does not meet expectations, it may be returned immediately to the courier. In such cases, the item will be returned to us, and a refund will be processed within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Try-On Delivery is available only after the pre-order has been completed and delivered, only within Georgia, and only for eligible product

  

Customs, duties, and taxes  

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Shipping delays  

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

Lost or damaged shipments
