Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method. Once your return is approved, you will receive store credit or an exchange
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation of Pre-Orders

Customers may request a cancellation of a pre-order before the item has been fulfilled.

A cancellation fee will apply.

The cancellation fee ranges from 30% to 60% of the total order value, depending on the stage of production at the time the cancellation request is made.Once production has significantly progressed, the cancellation fee will be at least 40% of the total order amount.Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the item has been fulfilled or shipped. Customers who place a pre-order may use try-on delivery at the time of shipment.After fitting, pre-order items are eligible for return under our standard 14-day return policy.

For customers in Georgia, we offer a Try on Delivery option. This option allows you to try the item upon delivery and return it if it does not fit or meet your expectations, in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

  To request an exchange, please return the item you have.Once the return is approved, you will receive store credit to place a new order.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Refunds are not issued. Approved returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

For Try on Delivery orders in Georgia, the full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 3 business days after the item is returned and inspected.

For standard returns, refunds are issued as store credit or exchange only. Refunds to the original payment method are not provided.
